Every luxury asset markdown, the day it happens.

Houses, boats and aircraft are the three things wealth actually holds, and all three are repricing. We scan 40,000+ listings daily across Florida, London, the Mediterranean and global aviation. When a seller cuts, you see it here first.

How we work

Four steps between you and the seller’s new number.

01

We scan

Over 40,000 listings a day across prestige residential, brokerage yachts and the pre-owned aircraft fleet — every market, every morning, no exceptions.

02

We catch the change

Portals overwrite the old number the moment a seller cuts. We capture it first and keep it, so the revision history exists somewhere permanent.

03

We classify

A first trim and a fourth markdown mean very different things. Every cut is graded by depth, frequency and time on market before it reaches you.

04

You move

Filter to what you're hunting, save the search, and get told the moment your target moves again — while the seller is still willing.

Questions

Before you start.

What is PlungeWatch?

A real-time price-reduction tracker for the assets held at the top of the wealth curve: prestige residential property, brokerage yachts and pre-owned business aircraft. We monitor tens of thousands of listings every day and publish each markdown within hours, graded by how much pressure the seller appears to be under. We are the only tracker that runs all three on a single comparable series.

Which property markets do you cover?

Florida first — Palm Beach, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Naples — because it is where luxury housing, marine and aviation inventory physically overlap. London follows, covering Belgravia, Mayfair, Knightsbridge, Chelsea, Holland Park, St John's Wood and Notting Hill, where reduction volumes are running well above their long-term average. Additional markets are added as coverage depth allows rather than as fast as possible.

What about yachts and aircraft?

On the marine side we track brokerage listings across the Western Mediterranean, Italy, Florida, Greece and Northern Europe, from roughly 24 metres upward. On aviation we cover the pre-owned business jet and helicopter fleet across North America, Europe, the Middle East and Asia-Pacific. Both markets display reductions publicly but neither keeps the history — that gap is the product.

Why does a price cut matter?

Because it is the only genuinely honest number a seller publishes. An asking price is a hope; a reduction is an admission. One cut usually means an optimistic launch being corrected. Three cuts means the seller has already proven, twice over, that they will move again — and that is a very different conversation to walk into.

How current is the data?

Markets are scanned daily and revisions publish within hours of detection. Save a search and you'll be notified the moment anything matching it is repriced, rather than finding out when a broker gets around to calling you.

Do you track individual owners across assets?

No, and this is deliberate rather than incidental. Our cross-asset readings are cohort-level aggregates by market and price band. Linking a named person's house, boat and aircraft is technically possible from public records and we have designed it out of the schema. The institutional customers who buy this data want the index, not a dossier.

Are you a broker or an agency?

No. PlungeWatch holds no licence, lists no assets of its own, represents neither side of any transaction and takes no position in anything it publishes. We are an independent analytics platform working from publicly available marketing information and licensed feeds. Nothing here is financial, legal or valuation advice.
